Sky View Christian Academy is an accredited, private Christian boarding school in Nevada (CA). It has serene atmosphere with beautiful views of Mt. Grant and Walker Lake. It has dual-accreditation by “Nevada State Department of Private Schools” and “Department of Human Resources Division of Child and Family Services”. It is also in the process of being accredited by “National Private Schools Accreditation Alliance” and “Northwest Association of Accredited Schools”.

Our computer assisted curriculum, is especially designed to assist students who are weak in their studies. It is an individualized and competency based system which lays emphasis on core subjects (Mathematics, Science, English, and History) along with appropriate electives. Our step by step learning procedure for the students enables students to grasp strong hold on the subject matter.

Along with academics, we inculcate values, morals, ethics, and responsibility as per the Christian norms. Students are given nondenominational religious courses for their spiritual growth. On regular basis, students and staff have “faith on Christ” sessions. And on weekdays students can participate in bible study. And every Sunday, they are part of worship service.

We also organize various seminars and workshops for parents and students. These specially designed workshops and seminars help them (parents and students) to reunite as a family and better understand each other.

We have state of the art infrastructure including running/walking track, workout stations, play field, basketball, volleyball, and tetherball courts, gazebos, and picnic tables. Time to time, we organize various activities like skiing, visiting Yosemite National Park, ghost towns, mining towns, hiking on area trails, and Walker Lake activities.
